Incorrect shoe size

Oh wow!! What an embarrassing disappointment, from Reebok with this I recommend that no one ever buy anything that is a reebok brand I never really liked it and usually stick to adidas always satisfied with their quality of clothing and shoes. I have bought someone a pair of Reebok Royal Chka Refocus at Edgars Parow center branch, as a birthday gift last week I handed the gift over, and yet yesterday I have received it back to go exchanged how embarrassing that is for me because I have to go look and search where I kept the slip to exchange it , it happens to be that the one shoe is much bigger and longer than the other which mean the correct size is a 7 but the right foot is much bigger and longer and could easily be a size 8 or 9 I am furious because this is wasteing my time , money because it was a gift to someone who now have to wait on me to go exchange this **** I'm sorry but this is unexceptble I do not have time to waste and Patrol to drive out to get something else in return this is not my problem and I want it to be fixed I refuse to go around place to fix this issue never been so embarressed in my life it's like I didn't double check your product that is ur job to do so.
