False advertising

I went to the Reebok concept store at Canal Walk to use a voucher code to buy some sneakers. The staff assumed that you could only use the code online. I actually went to their website at https://www.reebok.co.za/help/newsletter/ to show them what it says. Quote:

"...you get 15%* off your next purchase online or at any Reebok concept store."

After the staff made some calls, they told me I could not use the code in the store. It is a poor customer experience and an inconvenience when you give misleading information. I hope they will update their website and remove the reference to the "Reebok concept store" if they don't honor coupon codes.
