Deeply disappointed

Bought shoes on their big Black Friday sale. Only 2 of the 6 pairs bought arrive with the courier saying he forgot 1 box at the warehouse and will return the next day with it. Courier never returns. Daily phone calls with empty promises of feedback. Finally get told that the box cannot be located and of course the shoes I wanted are now out of stock, so they cannot send me a replacement. Get offered a 10% discount as compensation, not valid for sales items. Will not use this online store again. Their after sales support is terrible and their "compensation" an insult.
