Bad Service on Returns

Bad service. No more purchasing anything from them ever again. I made an order online and after delivery the size was wrong. Made an online return in which I have been given the run around. I made an email query and was told the courier will come fetch the items but it’s now a month and still they haven’t collected their items. They fail to abide by their own terms on conditions.
