Bad attitude, pathetic service, no feedback

I was at the Reebok outlet store in Woodmead on 13Apr2015 looking for running shoes. There was a lady at the till & later I figured another man to be staff as well. At the back of the store were +-4 people who looked like contract staff but were chatting with boxes in their hands but not one of the staff asked me if I needed assistance. I asked the first man if I could get some assistance
