7/14 working days refund

I just don't understand their 7/14 days refund policy,bought clouthes they were small took them home with me to fit returned them wanted bigger size of wich they didn't have saw nothing i like in store I asked for the refund they told me i'll be refunded 7 to14 days how when i bought was card cash i'm now have to wait to be refunded my hard earned money,why shoud I wait to be refunded i'm reebok imployee that my money i need it now.
