Bad service

With a very sad heart I feel that I need to report this. I've been dealing with redvelvet for more than 10 years, and sadly I have to say that their services and professionalism is not up to standard

I've arranged a photoshoot with them, had to pay up front, then their photographer phones me with an excuse that he was in my town the previous day, and he will not come here today, I was understanding, he made arrangements to do the shoot the next morning at 10. The next morning he didn't pitch, I tried to make arrangements for a nother day with no success, today is day 5, no apologies, and still no photographer in site

As per a telephone conversation I had with their office an hour ago, another photographer was going to contact me in a minute with arrangements for a shoot on day 6.

Still no call, and still no arrangements was made

Very bad for a company with a no refund policy
