********* and deceiving business practices

RED Data offer cellphone data packages at a very competitive rate. A consultant advised me of their offer and I accepted. The offer is 2.5GB of data at R89 per month. I agreed to the terms and cost stated by the consultant. However I received and email with the cost breakdown. An additional charge of R35 per month will be deducted for "Debt Doctor", a product never mentioned and something I never agreed to. I immediately queried this with their support desk. After which they agreed to remove that from the deductions.

This is ********* business practice and deceiving customers in paying for a service not requested or required. My question is this, if they were so devious from the word go, how ********* will they not be when it comes to the actual usage of data.
