REDDATA **** - BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Red Data trades on Vodacom’s name, and as such, I decided to take a data deal. What is NOT communicated to you is that they add additional packages to your deal that you have to pay (insurance, life cover, tracking for your phone etc.). I repeatedly said in my call that I do not want any other services/packages and asked that they confirm numerous times that I will only be paying X amount. When the debit order went off however, I saw that additional amounts were deducted which was never authorised. I immediately contacted customer service and after 2 months, I have not received a refund or explanation. I have also never received the data I paid for. This is clearly a ****. STAY AWAY!
