REDDATA are *****s

I was called last year by Reddata to sell me data 2gigs of data for R89 per month. Since December erratic deductions has been made without the goods being delivered. I cancelled subsequently after I was informed that I need a new sim. The cancellation was of no use as they are continuing to deduct money. These are the deductions that were made, which I dont even know for what. I was informed this would be on a monthly basis which can be cancelled with immediate effect.

I feel that the whole contract which was sold by Darren, was misleading, deceptive and unjust. Additional money was withdrawn from my account. I feel that this entire contract is ********** as money is being siphoned from my account without consent and according to the Consumers Act, this is *******. I spoke to Charmaine who said that my account will be referred to their accounts.

I have emailed them a letter of demand for my money of R781,00. Up until today there was no response. REDDATA is a bunch of *****s. Thank you
