BIGGEST **** EVER! ******** deductions for no service? *********

I received a call from Red Data in November 2017 selling me a dream that you will receive 2GB of data a month for R89 per month. Included in that you also get additional law cover etc. The lady also explained to me that there is other services available and I answered that I would only like the data for R89 per month.

A week later, a guy called me to confirm my order (which I already have done with the previous caller) to activate my account.

The 1st of December comes, I receive debit orders of an amount adding up to R362.00!!!! It included services like : Safe BASE, SO MUSIC, TECHTRACE, DEBTDOC and PHONEBOX. All of which I DID NOT subscribe to. The 2GB of data is also NO WHERE to be found. I received nothing! I sent them an email demanding a refund and cancellation of this ****. They then advised me that I have agreed to all that services and a refund is not possible, but the contract is cancelled.

Guess what happened on the 22nd of December? Deductions on my account adding up to R407.00 for the same bullsh*t! After my service was cancelled. How on earth is this possible?? And still, no service or data received.

I sent them another email on this and the only reply I received from Chamaine Mgobhozi, is that the accounts department is on holiday until the 21st of January and will attend to it then. WHAT???? So I must just sit back and wait for another R407 to be ****** from me again?

I am furious that a company can rip of people like this. I am going to share this to everybody possible. I am disgusted!
