Internet service that does not work

This internet company supplies the Best Western Cape Suites Hotel. The internet service (Wi-Fi) simply does not work 90% of the time. Everytime load shedding occurs, the internet struggles to reboot and often does not connect for up to two or three days after a load-shedding period.
