Red tech Fibre worst fibre and internet provider ever

Red Tech fibre the worst internet fibre supply company in South Africa I've been paying for a service that hasn't been provided for the last couple of months The worst internet service ever I joined initially in Feb paid for a router and was reliable fibre the guy even made me cancel my rain network 4g internet on the basis his was internet would be provided hassle free no issues What a nightmare be since Feb endless issues it never works properly and when you call them it's always the same answer we are busy working on the problem and its never sorted and the owner Theo never responds to complaints timeously

I haven't had internet for the past few days When ever we do have internet the quality of the signal is pathetic

They don't respond to WhatsApp complaints never take calls Just ignore us continuously I've had enough of them I need a response
