Unauthorised Debit Order

Bad bad rotten company....they debit people's accounts without any debit order mandate then when you try to dispute or reverse debit it would say Undisputed debit order! I didn't agree nor approve any debit order. Please I need my money. Always Capitec bank who lets ****s bypass their systems!
