Rednapkin is a ****
I shared my experience with rednapkin on hello Peter of how they are basically *****ing money. I received a call from them in this month saying that I will be refunded and the debit stopped, provided i email my *** and bank statements I did exactly that and the money is still being taken out of my accounts the refunds department are not even responding to any *** after receiving my information. These people are ****** legal action needs to be taken against them I can only imagine how many people thy have ****med

unauthorized debit order
These people through a debit order that was not authorized by me took R169 out of my account. Told me over the phone I have authorized it but I never received any such sms or request. Now I have to send email together with my bank statement to proof that it was them who received the debit order for a refund as the cannot do a reversal on the debit order. I refuse to allow them to ***** my money for absolutely nothing in return.
