The people who work for this company are master manipulators since they put a debit order on my account without my consent and should be taught a lesson for it,l am seriously not impressed because l told them I'm not interested in what they were offering and as a call centre specialist myself l find this *********...as for Slindile Ngwenya who assisted me in cancellation of the debit order was extremely helpful and polite in making it possible to get it cancelled before it got out of hand,l appreciate your efforts as an agent and you deserve a raise and promotion in my opinion...the 3 stars are for you and not for the company my sister and as for the company l give zero stars.
