My experience with REDNAPKIN / One World Telecoms was extremely concerning and misleading from start to finish.

I was initially contacted by an agent named Oupa under the pretence of offering a loan. The call was then shifted to other offers, including a loan and a possible phone contract. After that, the conversation was diverted again into trying to push a so-called “free benefit” that would later become a paid debit order.

At every stage I clearly and repeatedly told Oupa and the other agents I spoke to that I was NOT interested in any of these products and that I refused any debit order or subscription. Despite this, my refusal was ignored.

I was misled about the DebiCheck process and told it was simply to “confirm my bank details,” which is false and misleading. I rejected the mandate more than once, yet a debit order was still registered against my account. I still don't understand how. A *****ulent debit order was added to my account.

Based on my experience, this feels like a deceptive sales process where multiple products are used as a way to steer you into something you did not agree to, and where consent is not properly respected. I have had to escalate the matter to my bank and dispute the debit order as unauthorised, and am going to be escalating to the relevant regulatory bodies as well as I am getting no joy from REDNAPKIN / One World Telecoms PTY LTD

I strongly caution others to be extremely careful before even engaging with this company, if you hear REDNAPKIN / One World Telecoms, then just hang up and don't engage with these *****sters
