Bad communication service

They are deducting my account after i gave them a call last month March to cancel my subscription and phoned again today ***5 my account shows active on their sysytem. Spoke to a Lady Lerato she gave me a ref number and said it would be cancelled and receive sms in 24hours. i would like them to reimburse my 1 month debit oreder of March. Number not always availble to call.
