very bad service

Apparent Installers of Vumatel Communicstions , They have Phoned me on 2024/01/09 to install the fibre line at my home and were supposed to install last week now when i call miss Yinhle Mdlalose who made contact with me she does not answer . i believe it might be a **** or even just poor service . As a customer i am very unhapppy and even if there is some issues i would appreciate some form of comunication from there side . this is unaceptable .
