Over charged amount refund

Good day<br> <br> Hereunder kindly find my dissatisfaction follows:<br> <br> \I installed an alarm system to my house in 2006 and had no sufficient funds for the control device. It was agreed that the cost for the control device will be built into my monitoring services fee as part of instalment for a period of 3 years. We continued with that arrangement but when 3 years period elapsed the service fee was not adjusted accordingly (that is removing control device cost portion as it was fully paid) <br> Then two months ago as I went through my accounts I noticed that my Red alert amount as compared to other clients is exorbitantly high. On my investigatigation I found out that it was still deducting the control unit amount. I put my concern to RED Alert's attention and they promised to look at the matter. I communicated to a lady by the name Leonie Williams and she promised to take the matter to the management.<br> The management resolution was to reduce my monthly service fee and hand over custody of the control device to me (I have correspondence stating that in my possession).
