Red Alert Security East London I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Red Alert Security East London. Our church has been broken into three times this year, and each incident has highlighted serious concerns about the effectiveness of their response and monitoring services. First incident: The church was broken into, yet the guard on duty did not even notice that the security gate had been forced open and that the wooden door had been broken into. Second incident: The power went off, and Red Alert did not notified one of our members, and another break-in occurred at the church. Because of these incidents, I invested in CCTV cameras to improve security. Today, a third incident occurred. Two men were caught on camera attempting to ***** the church’s air-conditioning unit. I immediately contacted Red Alert East London for assistance. Shockingly, it took approximately 45 minutes for a response vehicle to arrive at the church. When I contacted the control room to find out why it was taking so long, I was told that the response officer was new and had gotten lost. That explanation is simply unacceptable in an emergency situation where a crime is actively taking place. I would not recommend Red Alert Security to anyone based on my experience. They may appear professional, and they may have contracts with BCM and other organisations, but from what I have experienced, their service and response times are poor when it matters most. Security companies are judged by how they perform during emergencies, and unfortunately, Red Alert has failed to meet expectations on multiple occasions. Very disappointed.

I have never come across a entire group of security officers that know NOTHING about what any of them need to actually know inorder to be a sufficient security officer. None of them can even speak English which is a business language. I cant even enter the company that is being secured by them due to the fact they are all ****** and as I said before can hardly even speak a word of English. How do you employ someone that cannot even spell their own name in English? Then that makes me think about the person that does the interviews for new Red alert employees how Uneducated must that person be? You need to send your employees to school. Pathetic!!! Red Alert = ****** 101%

Call Centre staff not adequately trained on procedures for after hours emergencies. Referred to incorrect people, sent from pillar to post left waiting for contact details of people who are supposed to be contacted top assist and Management don't respond to requests to return calls. Definitely looking for other security companies to assist us going forward.
