Don't trust red alert with your home...

I'm really not impressed by Red alert and how they didn't protect my home. We left for Port Alfred on the 31 of Dec 2021 and came back on the 2 Jan 2022. We had a break in on the 1st of Jan 2022. We told Red Alert we will be leaving and paid an extra charge. The *****'s broke down our door the alarm went off they vandalized our home and broke the TV. We asked Red alert why didn't they catch the *****'s if we paid them to be on the look out. They told us they were too far.
