Complete Incompetence

If ever there was a security company who is useless it is Red Alert. Phones me at least 3x per week for so-called "non arming" whilst I arm the alarm myself at our office at night!! Been begging "management" to phone me for two weeks now, but just get ignored...let's see if social media wakes them up!!
