Richard Koke - Realtor of Un-Professionalism ***

I am a person renting from a unit this company wants to acquire. No gap given I have been contacted and asked to make my unit available the same day he contacted me. Then after a few hours, the realtor phoned me again while we were away and said "he drove past and are there are vehicles in our parking lot" If that is not a red flag, good luck - in a security complex.

All comms with Richard Koker have been weird and unusually pushy. Would avopid. Definitely has the after taste of **** attached to him.
