Cannot recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

The only meaningful communication from the agent ended when the offer to purchase was signed (and even then I had to correct mistakes she made in the offer to purchase while she had all the correct information in writing).

Once the paperwork was done things started going wrong. - Response to questions is unprofessional and do not answer or resolve any of the questions/issues (there are a few important issues to resolve and at this stage I am left to deal with it myself). - Once the tenants vacated the property it was 'cleaned' - if that is the agent's standard of 'clean' they should rather not bother.
