Worst Real estate agency ever

I strongly advise anyone considering this real estate agency, Realnet Polokwane to proceed with extreme caution. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

After fulfilling all my obligations as a tenant. I was expecting the return of my deposit. Instead, the agency withheld my deposit for a property where the owner never maintained the property for the 6 years we lived there. Communication was very poor throughout the process, and my repeated attempts to resolve the issue were either ignored or met with vague responses. Which caused extreme frustration for me and my husband.

It is unacceptable for a company to handle clients’ money in this manner. Transparency, fairness, and professionalism are essential in real estate dealings, and unfortunately, Realnet Polokwane failed on all fronts.

I would not recommend their services to anyone. Be very careful and make sure you fully understand your rights before engaging with them. It does not even help you to have a detailed in going inspection of your own. It does not even help you to sent your proof to them. They just take your money and pay for damaged without even giving you a fear change to agree or disagree. Their in going inspection of the property's dates were 2 years before we even moved in to the property. How is that legal?

Don't let the friendly people fool you. The moment my husband put a review on google about the bad service we received we where treated even worts by Katryn.

They took all our deposits money and we are informed about this 15:30 today just before a long weekend. When you phone them everyone ignores your calls.
