Wonderful Service

Thanks to Gerda for bringing us the luck we think we deserved. We saw the house, wanted it, completed an offer that evening, had the offer accepted the next day, app**** for a bond the following day, bond approved 2 weeks later, took occupation 6 weeks after 1st view and now a month or to down the track waiting for transfer.<br> <br> Gerda not only brought the luck, but did so with a friendly disposition and calm competence despite a sad family tragedy. <br> <br> Dankie Gerda
