Waiting for payout

We rented a townhouse with Realnet Mokopane, we moved out of that house late October 2015. Realnet Mokopane did the inspection and said they will pay deposit monies ect back to us but not in one single payment for they are waiting for people to first pay their water before they can pay ours back, so we received two payments and ever since we have been waiting for the last money to pay out to us, I've send sms messages and emails to Esther since last year and I just get no response from her. They owe us a final payment and I want to know when we will receive that money please
