Very unsatisfied with real net

We signed a one year lease for a property in Pretoria North. There has been a problem with the plumbing for said property, about a month ago the geyser burst and I was asked to evacuate the place, without any consideration as to where I would store my furniture and where I would live in the time being...there’s been little communication from the agent and I want to terminate the contract without any penalties as this as set me back financially as well as inconvenience me and my work
