Unpaid Rent
Mr Labuschagne currently renting with Realnet Mokopane contact me on 30/10/2015 regarding my property and seemed to be very interested in renting my property from 1 Des 2015.<br> <br> There was problems between Mr Labuschagne and Realnet according the notice he gave regarding another property he was renting from them and he lost his deposit just because he wanted to rent my property. Mrs Esther van der Merwe and Zonia never returned to me after I informed them that Mr Labuschagne is going to move to my property since now.<br> <br> Mr Labuschagne's Employer paid the rent on 25 Nov 2015 to Realnet, but I the owner of the property is still waiting for the rent to be paid to me. Mrs Esther van der Merwe is having a lot of excuses not paying the rent now after her Customer Mr Labuschagne moved in last week.<br> <br> In the meanwhile my debit orders has been send back due to the lack of funds.<br> <br>
