Undeserved disrespectful treatment

We recently bought a property in Pretoria. The house was bought with the assistance of Mr Hennie Steyn (property practitioner) of Realnet Rainmaker Pty (Ltd). As part of the Offer to Purchase certain Special Conditions were stipulated as part of the agreement which have not been met. Additional work that was paid for during the issuing of the COC has also not been completed. Repeated attempts to contact the private practitioner to have this addressed is left unanswered/ignored more than two months after the property has already been registered on our name. Absolute unsatisfactory service and undeserved disrespectful treatment. The attitude was totally different before the sale went through.
