Struggle for deposit

I've been renting a property from the Realnet franchise in Delmas, and I've moved out in November 2017. The agent picked up the keys from my office and made no mention of an inspection after I've vacated the property. Afterwards I've had to call twice as she does not respond to an SMS, after which she told me in early December that I'll be receiving the deposit. I've still not received anything as of January 2018, and after contacting Realnet directly I've been given the contact details of the area franchisee, who has not yet returned any correspondence.
