stay clear of Realnet

Hi Everyone,

This has been so heavy on my heart now for 5 years not sure whether I should have just gone back to them earlier or stuck to my guns and let God deal with this people. Early in 2013 I met with an agent I will never forget her name Zulfah she was the *****iest realtor I have ever met in my life. This was to be my first home purchase and this lady omgoodness if aI can call he snake....We went to the place it was convenient just down the road from where I was staying in my mother's house. The house was going for 340000 me and my then fiance now husband decided to go view the place. It belonged to an Old lady whos husband had passed on and we were not even informed of this factor it would make the property an estate late which means me telling her that I needed to move urgently would probably have convinced her to rather say nothing (it took me 6 months to move in). Not only did the price change from 340000 to 360000 because apparently there was a teacher that wanted the place as well what a joke now that I think about it. The way that we had to sign the offer to purchase was super shady it was late at night on a bench by a mall...anyways we were desperate at the time to get a place. Apparently there was a beetle certificate and all the relevant checks that had to be done were done. WHAT A *** PRAAT. The first week we moved in it rained and we found out that there were holes in the roof , in fact there were holes everywhere turning the house into a freezer everything in that house moulds and my kids are always sick. The electricity was shot meaning if too many things are on the electricity trips even if it is in seperate rooms. What made it worse is the city came out to inform us of ******* wiring that I had to fight to not pay it because we never touched any wires. The house is so unsecure that they broke in, in the first week. The bath leaks into 1 of the bedrooms the list goes on. But I just want to let you guys know that you should stay clear of anything being sold by Realnet they are ******.
