Sick of real estate agents! Have you left your integrity at your last sale????

Before I start my mini rant I just want to point out to real estate agents that buying a home is an extremely intense experience for most individuals. There's a flury of emotions. It's a time filled anxiety, excitement, fear and doubt. I'm not the sure that our professionals in the real estate sector understand this concept.

Long story short, I was interested in buying a house on Strandfontein, reached out to Astrid Smith-De Gruchy as per the ad. SMS'd with no response, called, was advised that she would get back to me with the details. She never did. Sent her an SMS on Monday to check if the property is still available. No response. Today I see there's an offer pending on the house. My heart is broken. We've been looking for a month and I'm just about sick and tired of the inhuman treatment that real estate agents are accustomed to dishing up. Understand that this is not a standard sale but an emotional one. Your tag lines mean absolutely nothing!!!!
