**** agents that sell defect properties

I really do not know how this house 26 Taco place ,Jagterhof ,Kuilsriver passed certification of appliance and plumbing.Their is a leak causing the damp inside the spare bedroom the connected wall to the main bathroom .Inside the main bathroom on the wall is also cracks on the top corner and major damp showing in the spare bedroom at the bottom. If i new there was a damp problem i would have asked to get it fixed as part and parcel within the sale contract .

This is a SERIOUS HIGH GENE ISSUE !!

WHICH IS NOT FIXED!! HOW ON EARTH DID THIS PASS INSPECTION AND GET CERTIFIED.ALSO NOT DISCLOSED WITHIN THE CONTRACT.

THE LETTING AGENTS, THE TENANTS ,THE OWNER SELLER ,THE SELLING AGENT .ALL should have known these problems and never disclosed.WHY!!!!!! WHY!!!

Never mind the plumbing in the main bathroom.I cannot use the basin or the bath its blocked.Black **** is coming out the basin and bath How on earth can you let someone move in with conditions like this.PLUMBING PROBLEM THE PLUMBERS SAY ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

WHO S THEN ???

Really .Check it up for yourself .Not even full disclosure was given to me or my spouse on these type of problems which a normal person cannot pick up when looking to buy a house.If needed be, IF nothing is done on these issues i will see an Attorney and will take legal action.If there was a plumbing problem i would have asked to get it fixed in the contract like i asked for all the walls to be cleaned or painted out if cannot be cleaned ,All cupboards to be fixed.All carpets to be cleaned .The whole property garden to be cleaned.I am still sitting with the tenants junk in my back yard.Which is not acceptable.Nothing was done before i moved in according to the selling contract.Never mind being deceived by everyone.What the hell is going on with you people in charge for this sale.Please make up your minds who is responsible for these issues.Get these issues fixed .

The Stove i can put all the plates on to the highest temperature ,only one plate works properly.I have not tried to test the oven as this seems to be a thermostat problem or the plates are just finished in life .Which then needs to be replaced.

When i signed for the property sale.The Garage door was good with no damage on it.No issues.I move in and the garage door was bashed in and temporally fixed.NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Why not disclosed that this all happened.

Ii will not Accept any of this nonsense.I have been deceived by the Agent the seller and the rental agent. I will report this to standard bank and the housing tribunal as above, person from western cape municipal tribunal will come and do a full inspection of the property,

Also the geyser is leaking in to the roof, rust marks and the walls are full of dirt and damaged every where, plus all the doors have holes, and the outlet for washing machine also back washes, the gully is full of sand and the back door has no key, i have not paid standard bank yet, this bond will laps, i can guarantee that i will take this matter to the highest of authorities, Plus the rubble were never removed and the garden front and back was left with old furniture and glass bowls, also the house smells from the damp and the bath and basin not draining. The geyser is making a horrible noise and the doors are all failing off on all the cupboards. The walls were neither cleaned nor painted.

There will be no acceptance from me for any of these faults , we were not allowed to leave eikenboom estate without the house being in the original order we received it. This will be one fight i will guarantee to win.
