Realnet Real estate agency misleads clients on their rental properties
They rented me a place without telling me that the owner has not zoned the house to a rental property with the municipality. They also **** about every unit having its own geyser which operates on electricity only to find out that there is only one geyser operating on gas. They charged me a deposit for a gate remote only to find out when I moved in that the gate motor doesn't work. I terminated the contract and they promised to pay my deposit back within 7 days,it has now been 2 weeks. When I enquired I was told they can't process payments because they are moving offices so clients must bear with them.
