REALNET ESTATE AGENTS_WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS

I recently bought a house through Real-net Moreletta Park.The estate agent Hennie Steyn did the transaction and was paid in full commissio****** moved in , I saw the electrical certificate didn't comply with the regulations.The estate agent received his commission and forgot about me , leaving me to sort out the issues that was not disclosed.Further , in his experience it is OK to take out fixtures, risk your life with non compliant electrical certificates, out dated home plans and sell the asset financed through ABSA Home loans,Big Warning to all potential home buyers , look out for the trap.Rather use renowned estate agents and not Realnet Properties they will dump you with the issues and never return a call.
