Principal does not have any problem sending bills for broken items two weeks after vacating premises for apparent broken gate motors. Principal has no problem when you are not able to move into the premises you have signed and paid to move into, and has no problem with having you have to get another premises until all relevant security, cleaning and sorting out of the premises is done.
