Realnet Bronkhorstspruit

So me and my family had to move to bronkhorstspruit a few months ago.. so overall we were disappointed in lots of services but this was the cherry on top.. we rente a home from realnet. When we went to go look at the place it looked really nice then we agreed on a date to move in and everything. Ok so when it came to the date we paid over the amount that they said was necessary but then then couldnt find the money for 2 months in there side of account then we ended up still owing them +-R5000.. We already confirmed that the money went over to there account but anyway we look over it coz its a small mistake someone can make.. then we got the minsipality rates and taxes that i only found on my email yesterday. ok the day we moved in the house is not cleaned.. its dust everywhere and then the promises that the wooden door would be fixed was not done the garage door that fell off was not fixed and then we found termites.. ok then it came to the inspection till today there has not been done one that i could sign no i had to take pictures for the realestate agent then wright down on a paper what i found that is wrong and he will submit it like that.. ok cool so as time goes on we get very busy at work and i make sure there is someone at home when they need to come fix the promised stuff.. ok so now its been 3 months ... i have a video of the termites you can hear them eating the wood.. literally.. then we dont have keys to a door going out have been asking them about that repeatedly. The answer we got was we will search for it. And we cant open a garage door coz it has been bend. There is more repairs but we just never get any answers to it .. just it has been submitted but you know how it goes. No i do not know how it goes.. anyway No repairs have been done whatsoever and then yesterday our electricity was cut off.. because the landlord ows the municipality R28425.54. Just when we found that out, last night at 7 .. we treid to phone the agent we are renting from. And he put his phone off.. then we phoned koos the prinsipal of the company and he was so rude to my husband that we are fed up.. now im sitting outside realnets office and there is just one person who can help us.. would you accept this as service? I must say there is always someone to fix other peoples mistakes and i would like to say thank you to krizanne for trying to arrange the imposible and being very friendly.
