Real Net Property Agents - Poor customer service

Buying a house via Real Net not a good idea. Recently dealt with an agent who had zero telephone etiquette and when our conversation moved to text fed me some nonsense story before i could view a property. Clearly all he wanted to know was if he would get his money or if im wasting his time. clearly zero customer service with this agency funny part is its listed with an alternate agency who has already seen my pre-approval and trying to get me a viewing. REALNET SUCKS!
