Quick and sufficient

Earlier this year I've made a decision to sell my property in South Africa. Not sure where to start I just took a chance on google and looked for a real state details near my property and Real Net popped up, and then after looked for an agent that can help me, I then came across Saaj’s details on the webpage. As I am based in Sydney, my only way of communication was via WhatsApp and email, I reached out to her on WhatsApp and started the conversations about the property. Being in a different country it was stressful to deal with everything on that side, however Saaj did a remarkable job making it less stressful, every time there was a set back or a protentional buyer was a no go, she just kept saying the right on will come soon, and it did not take very long to find right person, might have been 3rd time lucky. We also had a few issue with Ekurhuleni and the tenant oh the list goes on, and Saaj just keep saying don’t you worry I will take care of it and she took control of things everytime it went side ways. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her and her dedication I don’t think I would have been able get the property sold and registered in only 4 / 5 months. Although we only communicate via whatsapp and email, she was professional every step of the way. I will be recommending her to anyone that lives abroad and wanting to sell their property in SA, she made it so easy.
