Professionality non excistant.
Do not do business with these people, we have used them to manage our lease for two years. Through out this time the agent just communicated with us and our tenants when it was time to renew the contract. The contract came to a natural end and now the agent refuses to stop communication with us as well as the tenant, they cannot even follow their own contract!!!! They now want to force us into a unmanaged lease agreement which we refused. The agent sent us whatsapp's messages which was highly inappropriate showing no professionality. They will try to force you into unwanted contracts! Know what you are getting into!

04 Apr 2025, 08:04Realnet did not adress anything. My opinion regarding them and their bussiness remains the same! Their agent is patronising and unprofessional. Their agreement is us stating we will rent for month to month until the property is sold because we refuse to deal with them any longer.
