Poor service with Realnet Properties Polokwane

I started renting out my unit with Realnet polokwane in 2020.They quoted me on things that needed yo be fixed of which the money was deducted from the first rental.I requested them to send a confirmation email that they did fix which they havent sent.6 months later a tenant moved out without them notifying me whereas we had signed a year contract.I just noticed when I didnt get rental money for that month. Now again the similar situation happened.A tenant has moved out without them notifying me.I only noticed when I didnt get rental money.I have written them emails twice with no response from them.
