Poor service from RealNet.

On the 27th April 2022 I signed a cash "Offer to Purchase" with RealNet on a property in Faerie Glen. Value of the transaction - R1,300 000. The garden was neat and the house was clean. I offer security services and maintenance to the property - free of charge, till the date of registration. According to the agent, the risk was to high, that something, might go wrong with the transaction. On the 29th June the transaction was registered and key handover was arranged. The property is empty and in a total neglected condition. The attitude of the agent is negative. A photo report is available on request.
