Poor customer service.

I have had the worst experience with realnet Rustenburg. Turns out the unit I have been renting was not paying for rates and taxes and municipality had to cut of my electricity on a couple of occasions. I have never missed my payments but eventually received a summon from the body corp to contact them regarding the unpaid rates and taxes. After this terrible experience I then decided to give a 30 day notice and was told I would be penalised. How am I being punished for an inconvenience I have nothing to do with.

This can’t be the way realnet Rustenburg treats its clients. The unprofessionalim is appalling. You take advantage of hard working people.
