Poor Customer Service
I purchased property in Cosmo City, from an agent based in Cosmo City Nov 2021 and registration was done in March 2022. The agreement of fixing the issues I have with the house are recorded between transfer lawyers and the agent, and I have them. The agent requested that upon payment money should be put aside, and was released by the lawyer in June 2022, in that there is money for March's rent, with till to date has not been paid to me, the house has not been fixed. Please kindly follow internally. The back and forth with the agent is very exhausting, and gives bad reputation on customer service and after sales experience.

27 Jul 2022, 16:22I have not received any satisfactory feedback from your office in Cosmo City and I see even internally you have failed to ensure a good after sale service. I will then take this to other social media platforms, maybe the seriousness of this matter will be treated with urgency.
