no proper monthly billings until end of contract
As rentee, i moved in and contract was never offered, although numerous request has been made. No official meter readings happened and now by the end of my' Çontract"they suddenly add 4 months of municipality bills, in the last month,( different amounts as per emailed values previously) as well as after paying that outstanding balance, they reconcile their accounts and add a other odd balance , making it again outstanding balance? Why cant you have a monthly billing like a normal accounting is done? you read the meter, work out the amount due and bill at the end of month for that month. Do not use Realnet as your go to agent for rentals or anything in the property market.
