My pets are being evicted, not pet friendly
We are renting in a complex for around 2 months now. From the first week we have had complaints about us having dogs, where the residents presented rules stating no new dogs. And the agent disputed this and discussed with the owner who told the body corp we have permission to keep them. It has now been said we still have to remove our dogs because of complaints from our neighbours for excessive barking. This is untrue as we have discussed with some of them, where it has come to light that one neighbour only is complaining as far as we know.
The issue here is that the residents don't want us to have our dogs, 2 small Pinchers, and has made it clear that the rules from 2012 states that facr.
We had from onset app**** for pet friendly units with all agencies, and have made them aware of this fact even verbally on numerous occasions. Now only to be told to remove my pets without any proof of them being a supposed nuisance. They refuse to proove this to us. This is unacceptable as we don't have anywhere to take our pets and have signed for 12 months. There are several issues in this property which also need attention.
