Mismanagement of Rental Property

RealNet Properties Erasmuskloof has been our Rental Agent since June 2014.RealNet assured us that our current tenants residing in our property are good tenants and we would not have any problems.These tenants have continuously been late on payments & only once we complained to RealNet did this got sorted out.The tenant did not pay June and July rent & during this time the house was broken into.We managed to get the rent mid August after several emails & phonecalls to RealNet.During the break in one of the burglar guards were damaged, we decided to install better burglar guards & asked for access to the house to get quotes.A family member of the tenant finally helped and we accepted a quote to repair all burglar guards.RealNet kept back money owing to us in order to pay the contractor once the job was done.The contractor cannot start work because they cannot gain access to the property because no one can get hold of the tenant.We then appointed a lawyer to write a letter giving RealNet permission to gain access to our property as per the body corporates request.This was done approximately a month ago & still nothing has been done.RealNet have failed to reply to our emails & calls.
