lazy company

I am not happy with the service. Besides the fact that last year i got accused of not paying my rent, when indeed it was my flat mate, the service in general is appalling. I asked my realtor a while ago regarding the geyser, he explained that i must first pay my rent etc and then he will get back to me, which he still hasn't. I also asked him about the garage which was locked and now is being used by someone else, and his response was to ask the security guard? Why am i paying for a garage but somebody else is using it?

Beside all of the above. I was responsible for finding a new flat mate this year, and was told if i didn't i would be kicked out. When the realtor was unable to find two people to take over the Leese, then i was asked to please stay on and still look for a flat mate? I pay my rent and follow the rules, but this service is unacceptable.
